Why Would Someone Work for Me?

“What are we Going to have for lunch?”

We were driving through town and deciding, “What are we going to have for lunch?” The options were plenty…burgers, sandwiches, ice cream (yup, it can be lunch), salads, coffee (yup, it can be lunch) … whatever we decided it had to be quick. Then I realized, “Ah, there’s a chick fil A in town”. 

We drove to the CFA, walked inside the building and ordered our food. The person taking our orders smiled and was both pleasant and efficient. The person coming out from cleaning the bathrooms looked at us and smiled as we walked inside. Within a few minutes another pleasant person handed us our food and made sure the order was correct. The experience was top notch…and the chicken was good!

While waiting for our order we noticed the following sign on the bulletin board

In addition to the wage, they outlined 6 additional reasons to join their amazing team.

I thought about Chick Fil A … and then I thought about me.

Why would someone want to work for my organization?
